Just before Christmas Kelly and Alex looked at a flat in an old manor house, they filled the forms in and waited, and waited, with Christmas it took longer than expected but finally this Tuesday (3rd Jan) they found out they have got it! They get the keys on 14th Jan and move in on the 15th! They have been getting things together for the last 12 months so don't have too much to get. They are both very excited. I have mixed feelings, after all, she's my little girl and I'm going to miss her, on the other hand, I remember clearly how I felt getting my first home and so I feel excited for her too! She'll be about half an hour away from us and will have to drive in to work every day so will have to move quicker in the mornings lol!! the manor house is this impressive or what?? Of course they only have one flat in this house, not the whole lot (shame eh?) But it is a very big flat.
